Yes, it’s the oldest district of Lisbon. It was around the time of the Moorish domination. Lisbon is cheap, and I live in Berlin!, we paid very little for our apartment and the public transportation gets you everywhere for cheap. Did I mention the Pasteis de nata!?!?! delicious. You should definitely go.
